Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable LPN Float Nurse for our Day Shift in Northport, AL. You will provide direct nursing care across assigned units, administer medications per orders, monitor residents, and support CNAs.

Ideal candidates hold an Alabama LPN license in good standing, CPR/BLS, and have experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care. Strong communication and teamwork are essential; we offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Base Pay: $25.00–$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Weekend Day Shift Differential: +$0.75/hour

As a Float LPN, you'll provide nursing care across assigned units based on resident and staffing needs, helping ensure consistent, quality care throughout our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
