Job summary

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse for the full-time day shift. Base pay ranges from $31.00 to $40.40 per hour, depending on experience, with a weekend shift differential of $0.75 per hour.

As RN Charge Nurse you will supervise nursing staff, provide direct patient care, administer medications per physician orders, assess residents, maintain documentation, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team to ensure

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Charge Nurse or nursing leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise, support, and provide guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
