Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary warehouse team at our Jefferson facility. You will oversee safety, quality, delivery performance, and cost control, while managing scheduling, overtime, and staffing within policy.

The role requires a proactive, influential leader with strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. Expect a 6am–2:30pm shift, with overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of warehouse/logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the warehouse with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Build a results-oriented environment with fair and equal treatment for all team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and use skill matrices to build an efficient, trained team.
• Manage scheduling, overtime, and vacation planning within budget and policy.
• Identify and resolve warehouse challenges to meet or exceed logistic goals.
• Oversee environmental compliance and company policies within the warehouse.
