Job summary

PeopleReady of Lafayette, LA is hiring a Logistics And Shipping Coordinator to support the Carencro, LA area. You will manage intercompany orders, coordinate LTL shipments, and keep customers informed on status and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with spreadsheets, data entry and data management.
• Experience with advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill intercompany orders using UPS WorldShip.
• Schedule, secure, and coordinate LTL shipments.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment details, and delivery updates.
• Maintain accurate shipping records, order documentation, and related files.
• Perform data entry and ensure information is entered accurately into company systems.
