Tyson Foods is seeking a 1st shift team lead at the Fresh Debone Plant. The role supports and promotes a collaborative line atmosphere, monitors product flow for efficiency, and reports discrepancies to supervision.

You will assist the supervisor with end-of-shift paperwork and help operate equipment essential to smooth product flow. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in a lead, trainer, or supervisory capacity, preferably in manufacturing.
