Brethren Village Retirement Community in Lititz, PA is hiring a Line Chef for full-time day shift. You will work across our full-service restaurant, a Bistro, and healthcare facility kitchen under the guidance of an Executive Chef.

We offer weekend shift incentives (+$1.00 per hour for weekend work), no late-night hours, and every other weekend and holiday off. Applicants need 1 year of professional kitchen experience or culinary training and a high school diploma.

Responsabilidades

• Work in the full-service restaurant, a Bistro, and healthcare facility kitchen under the guidance of an Executive Chef.
• Assist with large catered events and fine-dining functions.
• Propose new menu items and create a variety of dishes using diverse techniques.
