Unidine, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring for a full-time COOK position at Homestead Village in Lancaster, PA. Duties include preparing meals per recipes, portioning, and maintaining serving temperatures. Rotating shifts run 7:00 am–3:30 pm and 11:00 am–7:30 pm with weekends on rotation.

One year of prior commercial or institutional cooking experience is preferred. Great team environment and career opportunities with a top hospitality company.

Formación

• 1 year of prior commercial or institutional cooking experience preferred.
• High-volume cooking experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portioning and serving temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper food storage following safety procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Participates in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
