Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a high complexity clinical laboratory.
• Bachelor's of Science in chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or MLS per CLIA 42CFR493.1489.
• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical functions of Medical Technologist 2 as outlined in the job description.
• Follows policies and procedures, including safety and compliance.
• Manages staff workflow and reagent costs to ensure fiscally responsible services.
• Oversees quality control, instrument validations, and troubleshooting.
• Supports leadership with administrative tasks and lean process improvements.
