Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and staffing across state‑managed buildings.
• Respond to housekeeping requests, messages, and event needs promptly.
• Monitor staff performance and document concerns with timeliness.
• Review safety matters and communicate expectations for a safe workplace.
• Verify weekly timesheets for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Special Events staff for event setup and breakdown.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Inspect restrooms and other areas to ensure sanitary conditions.
• Provide coverage during staff shortages and schedule floor care tasks.
• Resolve customer complaints within 24 hours.
• Train new employees on equipment use and standards.
• Deliver professional customer service to visitors and staff.
