Job summary

Waycross Health & Rehab is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor (full-time) to oversee the housekeeping department across day, night, and weekend shifts in Waycross, GA. You will supervise staff, coordinate inter-departmental communication and help maintain budgets while supporting residents and staff.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, computer proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Experience supervising a housekeeping department preferred.
• Proficient in using a computer, especially Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills required.
• Effective and professional verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize and direct Housekeeping Department functions.
• Establish and maintain inter-departmental communication for positive working relationships.
• Maintain staffing patterns in accord with staffing budgets.
• Greet new patients upon admission and provide support/assistance as needed.
