Lemontree Healthcare is seeking a vigilant Security Professional to ensure the safety of our healthcare facilities in Hialeah, FL. You will monitor premises, patrol assigned areas, and respond to emergencies, protecting staff, patients, visitors, and property with a calm, professional demeanor.

The role includes incident reporting, visitor management, and ensuring security protocols are followed. Must hold security officer certification; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service preferred but not required.
• Healthcare setting experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, inside and outside, to ensure security of buildings, grounds, and parking areas.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and security alarms, responding to alerts and incidents as needed.
• Identify and report security risks, hazards, and violations, ensuring quick resolution or escalation to supervisors when necessary.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed entry.
• Conduct security checks on visitors, vendors, and contractors, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Issue visitor badges and maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.
• Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms or medical emergencies following protocols.
• Assist in evacuations and direct individuals to safety.
• Report incidents to Security Services Supervisor and document actions taken during emergencies.
• Provide courteous assistance and directions to staff, patients, and visitors.
