Lemontree Healthcare is seeking a vigilant Security Professional to ensure the safety and security of our healthcare facilities in Miami. This full-time role covers patrolling, monitoring alarms, and responding to emergencies to protect staff, patients, visitors, and property.

The position requires a high school diploma, security officer certification, and strong observation, communication, and calmness under pressure.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous security, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergencies.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Security officer certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Additional certifications such as CPO are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, inside and outside.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms; respond to alerts.
• Identify and report security risks and violations; escalate when needed.
• Access Control: monitor and control entry; issue visitor badges.
• Emergency Response: respond to emergencies and assist evacuations.
• Provide courteous directions and assistance to staff, patients, visitors.
• Maintain detailed incident records and daily log entries.
• Prepare written reports on incidents for supervisors.
