Lemontree Healthcare Services LLC is seeking a Security Supervisor for Hialeah Hospital in Florida. The full-time role oversees day-to-day security operations, supervises officers, and enforces healthcare security policies to protect patients, staff, visitors, and property.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm, with pay ranging from $19 to $20 per hour. Candidates should have at least 3 years in security, including 1 year in supervision, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in security with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in healthcare security preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and train security officers on shift.
• Oversee CCTV, alarms, and access control; monitor security operations.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Enforce HIPAA and healthcare security protocols.
• Prepare security reports for management.
• Coordinate emergency responses and liaise with staff.
