The Lemontree Healthcare Services LLC is seeking a Security Service Supervisor in Hialeah, FL to oversee day-to-day security operations across facilities. You will supervise officers, enforce healthcare security policies, and coordinate with departments to keep patients, staff and visitors safe.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control), and the ability to respond to emergencies, with a schedule of nights and weekends and an hourly rate of

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in security; at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Healthcare security experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance is a plus.

• Lead, supervise, and train security officers on shift.
• Oversee CCTV, alarm, and access control systems; perform routine patrols.
• Respond to incidents; coordinate with local law enforcement and responders.
