Long Prairie Packing Company LLC, an American Foods Group Company, is seeking a Harvest Supervisor in Long Prairie, Minnesota. You will oversee crew staffing, direct production, and ensure adherence to food safety standards, GMPs, and HACCP while promoting safety and quality across shifts.

The role requires training in SQF and SOPs, and offers a base salary in the $70k–$85k range with a comprehensive benefits package. Overtime and varied start times support production needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work extended scheduled hours Monday through Saturday with daily overtime.
• Training in Safety, SQF, GMPs, HACCP, SOPs, and food defense.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate crewing to meet production requirements.
• Direct production to maintain and/or improve operating efficiency.
• Be familiar with production reports and daily production schedules.
• Ensure all products are produced to customer specifications and food safety standards.
• Train and enforce GMPs.
• Monitor downtime and seek ways to reduce downtime.
• Assist with employee development as it pertains to acquiring job skills and proper PPE usage.
• Provide job performance feedback and correction instruction.
