Long Prairie Packing Company LLC, an American Foods Group subsidiary, is seeking a Lead Person Barn at our Long Prairie, MN plant for the day shift. You will supervise daily barn activities to ensure production flow and comply with required procedures.

The role requires strong communication, safety focus, and willingness to work extended hours. Base pay starts at $25.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures around moving equipment with PPE.
• Able to work extended hours Monday through Saturday with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations to meet production schedules.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Practice humane animal handling.
• Move cattle between pens for ante-mortem inspection and count verification.
• Maintain organization and complete daily paperwork.
