Ocala Health Trauma is seeking a Medical Office Specialist to join our team. This full-time role covers front office duties, patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and handling phones to ensure smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of medical office experience and familiarity with an EHR system. We offer a supportive team, competitive benefits, and no night shifts, weekends, or holidays.

Competenze

• One year of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Experience using an EHR system is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage all front office functions including patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones.
• Manage filing and retrieving medical records and patient information.
• Assist with collecting and recording co-pays (cash and/or charge) including balancing the day in the computer.
