Responsibilities

• Performs minor preventive and corrective maintenance in one or more areas: Minor Construction, Electrical, Painting, General Maintenance, Plumbing, Grounds.
• Assists others with repairs and projects as assigned, e.g., snow removal, operating sweeper truck.
• Uses blue prints and manuals; interprets instructions and plans.
• Maintains neat and safe work area; maintains stocking of materials; evaluates parts orders.
• Follows safety procedures and communicates effectively with coworkers and the public.
