Panora Specialty Care, a 46-bed long‑term care skilled nursing community in Panora, IA, is hiring a Maintenance Staff on a Full-Time Day shift to help keep the facility safe, clean, and comfortable. You will monitor building systems, perform routine maintenance, assist with heavy cleaning, and support safety inspections.

Qualifications

Ability to multitask and complete assignments timely.

Responsibilities

Complete routine maintenance and repairs to keep the facility safe, clean, and comfortable.
Monitor and maintain building systems, including heating, cooling, and equipment.
Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and grounds, including snow/ice removal as needed.
Assist with heavy cleaning, floor care, and facility upkeep when needed.
Follow safety policies and support inspections and preventative maintenance.
