Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Commercial HVAC experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises glassware inventory and glass washing functions.
• Responsible for stability chamber maintenance.
• Provides maintenance services across electrical, carpentry, painting and general facility tasks.
• Reviews and processes maintenance logs, documents and related materials.
• Supports maintenance policies and practices and helps resolve issues.
