Job summary

Emerus is seeking a dedicated ER Technician to provide technical assistance and patient care across assigned areas. You will collect vitals, assist with procedures, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, BLS certification, and relevant EMT/paramedic or CNA credentials; ACLS/PALS are strongly preferred in many markets. Experience with IV starts, phlebotomy, and EKG initiation is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/ALS and PALS strongly preferred in most markets.
• EMT-B/EMT-P/Paramedic certification or CNA with hospital experience are common pathways.

Responsibilities

• Collect, report, and document clinical data and vitals.
• Collect lab samples and perform tests per policies (COLA/CLIA).
• Assist with patient care as per plan of care and maintain safety.
