Job summary

Baptist Health in Montgomery, AL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The RN will supervise nursing staff on shift, coordinate patient care, and ensure quality and continuity of care through the nursing process in assessments, planning, and interventions.

Collaboration with physicians and other clinicians is required; some weekends/holidays shifts. BSN preferred, active RN licensure with BLS; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure required with BLS; ACLS/PALS etc may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on shift and weekends/holidays.
