New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking a Day shift Leader to direct distribution center operations in Lawrence, MA. You will oversee daily team performance, safety, quality, and cost goals while modeling company leadership values.

This role emphasizes people development, process standardization, and warehouse metrics. The position requires 3–5 years in a leadership distribution role, proficiency with WMS (Manhattan a plus), and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years in a leadership distribution role.
• Knowledge of distribution processes and WMS; Manhattan a plus.
• Fluent in English; Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.
• MS Office; experience with WMS and email.

Mansioni

• Supervise assigned area associates and assign workloads.
• Develop and maintain an effective organization through training and development.
• Set standards for processes and report weekly.
• Manage WMS functions.
• Ensure safety, productivity, and continuous improvement programs.
• Maintain and distribute DC metrics reports.
• Manage process improvement projects with resources and timeframes.
• Interview, hire, and terminate in coordination with HR.
• Train and remove barriers for achieving goals; coordinate with other groups.
• Track hours, discipline, and time off via Workday and TeamSense.
• Perform duties of Distribution Associates as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
