Peak Achievement Athletics in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a PM Shift Distribution Center Lead to supervise picking, packing, VAS, shipping, and returns. You will lead associates, train staff, and ensure efficient daily operations under the Distribution Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School- or equivalent and years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, adapt to changing environment, and make quick decisions.
• Experience in planning short- and long-term strategies.
• Work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be extremely detail oriented.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Ability to understand and follow safety rules.
• Operate designated machinery with training.
• Read and understand work orders.
• Ability to count and do basic math.
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet with a safety harness.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, crouch, and walk for several hours.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships.
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, Bauer products.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate work assignments as directed by Supervisor.
• Monitor a team of associates, provide guidance and motivation.
• Work with Distribution Center Leadership to meet customer needs.
• Train full-time and temporary associates.
• Operate powered lift trucks to handle daily workload.
• Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies and notify Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate use of handheld scanners.
• Identify and replace defective products.
• Ensure accurate flow of product from receipt to shipment.
• Maintain stocked supplies and participate in inventory audits.
• Cross-train in other distribution center functions.
