You will work with distribution teams to maintain flow and follow standard work methods. Responsibilities include performing full distribution duties, auditing processes, and communicating results to leadership.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in a warehouse or related area.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate lift equipment as required.
• Proven reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and conduct data-based problem solving to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost.
• Monitor distribution processes and ensure standard work methods are followed.
• Perform duties of Distribution Associates: pick, pack, ship, process returns and organize shipments.
