Job summary

Lowe's Kahului store is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will engage with guests, answer questions, and support merchandising and checkout tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities include stocking, assisting in multiple departments, and participating in cross-training to deliver top-notch service. Prior retail exposure and comfort with basic tech are a plus; bilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Replenish shelves and stock items as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint, pipes, lumber)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
