Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Hawaii to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service throughout their shopping experience.

You will assist with locating merchandise, answering questions, and ensuring customer needs are met daily. The role involves varying duties by department and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a computer and basic retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with help/accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
