Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience in-store. You will work across departments, stock shelves, assist with orders, and support checkout processes while maintaining a helpful, friendly demeanor.

You may also participate in cross-training across areas to ensure coverage and respond to customer inquiries with clarity and care.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support exceptional service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
