Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months computer use including input, access, modify or output information.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service excellence.
• Assist in department-specific tasks (e.g., tint/paint, pipe, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
