Cushman & Wakefield's Custodial Services is seeking a dependable Cleaner for the 1st shift to perform floor care, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash collection, and general duties across facilities under supervision.

No prior cleaning experience is required; candidates must follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and demonstrate energy and attention to detail. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, plus retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs and perform spot cleaning; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Wash windowsills, glass, and interior/exterior surfaces daily.
• Restroom cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Report equipment or lighting defects to supervisors.
• Collect and manage building trash daily and replace liners.
