Qualifications

• No prior cleaning experience required.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Uses portable backpack vacuum cleaner.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot-clean daily and shampoo as directed.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily; damp-wipe glass surfaces as needed.
• Monitor for defects (clogged urinals, lights out) and report to supervision.
• Collect building trash daily and place for pickup.
• Replace liners and ensure proper waste disposal.
