Tessera is hiring a Janitor at Joint Base Lewis‑McChord in Lakewood, WA. The role is full‑time, day shift (6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.) with a $23.51/hour compensation. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, offices, and common areas, with duties shared across a route on the installation.

Candidates must be able to work Monday to Friday, communicate respectfully, and perform tasks efficiently in a supervised environment. Benefits are provided for eligible employees.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Janitorial duties: sweep, mop, dust, and trash removal.
• Clean restrooms, offices, halls, entrances and exits according to schedule.
• Restock supplies and manage cleaning equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with a teammate across Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
