Skookum Contract Services is seeking a part-time Janitor at Lakewood, WA (Joint Base Lewis McChord). The role offers wage of $16.82/hr, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs.

Work schedule spans Swing Day shifts, Monday through Friday, in a fast-paced environment requiring reliability and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of lead janitorial experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years lead experience in janitorial setting.
• Must communicate with others in a courteous and helpful way.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Restroom Cleaning - sanitize and clean all toilets, urinals, sinks, fixtures, partitions, walls & doors. Restock supplies.
• Office Cleaning - sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.
• Halls and High Traffic area Cleaning - sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.
• Entrances and Exits Cleaning - sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean entry doors according to schedule.
• Trash - Empty trash in office areas, lunchrooms, coffee areas, restrooms, shower/locker according to schedule.
• Supply Restocking - restock supplies according to schedule.
• Dusting - dusting in restrooms, shower/locker areas, according to schedule.
• Stairwell Cleaning - sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe handrails according to schedule.
• Shower Cleaning - clean all shower stalls, damp wipe for dust, restock supplies, mop floors following cross contamination procedures.
• Janitorial Supply Closet/Locker - keep clean and organized.
