Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to coordinate and oversee the janitorial department on campus. The role ensures the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and conduct, while managing staff recruitment, scheduling, and training. Night, weekend, and holiday work may be required.

The supervisor will plan, organize, and direct team members to meet the needs of students, faculty, and stakeholders, and will ensure adherence to UG2's SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a janitorial team in a large facility.
• Ability to manage and optimize budgets for the department.
• Proficiency with facility management systems and software.
