Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day janitorial activities during the shift.
• Plan, organize, and direct team to meet stakeholder needs.
• Monitor staff performance against standards.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and procurement with managers.
• Inspect facilities before and after events.
• Maintain department budget.
• Enforce safety and OSHA standards.
• Establish and maintain the department schedule.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Follow UG2 SOPs and work instructions.
