United Future is seeking a qualified Controls Technician for the day shift (7:00am - 3:30pm, Mon-Fri) in the southwest suburban Atlanta area, GA. The role involves designing cells, integrating controls, installing and programming automated equipment, and getting systems up and running.

The candidate will build PLC panels, troubleshoot PLC systems, and assist in maintaining and servicing automated production lines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in controls
• Proficient PLC programming and wiring
• Experience in building and wiring electrical panels
• Strong troubleshooting of PLC and robotic systems

• Install and program PLCs and robotic controllers
• Build and wire control panels
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and test runs
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams
