Acloché LLC in the southwest suburban Atlanta area is seeking a Controls Technician for the day shift (7:00am - 3:30pm, M-F). You will design cells, integrate controls, and install automated equipment, building PLC panels and programming them to run.

You’ll troubleshoot, test, and commission control systems in production environments. Responsibilities include pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting, PLC and robot controller work, and preventative maintenance.

Competenze

• 6+ years of related experience required.
• PLC programming experience required.
• Wiring a 9-lead motor and stress testing windings.
• Ability to identify info from motor data plates for specing or programming components.
• Familiarity with sensors (PNP, NPN, loop-powered, dry contact).
• Analog control signals: 4-20mA and 0-10V.
• Ladder logic troubleshooting and panel building.

Mansioni

• Install, program, or repair PLCs and robot controllers.
• Build PLC panels and commission automated equipment.
• Configure, test, operate, maintain, service, and troubleshoot controls and automated systems.
• Install pneumatics and hydraulics per prints/schematics, troubleshoot circuits.
• Assist engineers with preventative maintenance, upgrades, and inspections.
• Repair or replace defective parts and train others to install and service equipment.
• Work with production to achieve desired output and safety compliance.
