Qualifications

• Must be a PA Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with transfers.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plans.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Participate in shift reports and handoffs.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and range of motion.
• Observe changes in residents and report to supervisors.
• Assist in responding to resident calls and monitoring needs.
• Support compassionate, respectful care respecting resident rights.
