Job summary

United Church of Christ Homes is seeking a Full-time CNA for day shift (7am-3pm) to assist residents with daily nursing care per care plans. PA Certified, able to read and communicate in English, and physically capable of lifting and moving residents are required.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, recording vital signs, and participating in shift reports, while maintaining safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• PA Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for care plans and reports.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans.
• Record vital signs and report changes to supervisors.
• Participate in shift handoffs and nursing reports.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times.
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning per care plans.
