Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Little Falls, MN is hiring a part-time in-home CNA to support clients in their homes. The wage starts at $18 per hour, with $20 per hour for CNAs, and includes options for full-time based on availability.

Responsibilities include ADLs, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, companionship, and medication support. Opportunities for training and flexible scheduling are offered, with company support for continued education.

Qualifications

• Experience in a caregiving role.
• Must be available every other weekend and holiday.
• 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Own reliable transportation, clean driving record, 3 years driving experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance and comfortable driving.
• DHS and driving record background clearance.
• Customer Service Excellence, Professional Boundaries required.

• Hands-on personal care including dressing, grooming, incontinence, and hygiene.
• Light housekeeping in bathroom, living areas, kitchens, dusting, mopping, laundry, etc.
• Meal planning, cooking and baking.
• Provide conversation and companionship.
• Engage in Interactive Caregiving.
• Assist with mobility and use of transfer tools/equipment.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Dementia or Alzheimer's care.
• Communicate with Client Care Coordinator as needed.
• Provide proper electronic documentation of shift and cares.

Comfort Keeper is now hiring a part time day in home CNA in the Little Falls area! Wage begins at $18 an hour unless Certified Nursing Assistant then $20 an hour. Eligible after 5 months of employment for free CNA classes with Scrubs Academy. Part time and full-time hours available depending on your availability.

About the Job

As an in-home caregiver, you will clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:

• Hands-on personal cares may include assistance with dressing, grooming, incontinence, and hygiene.
