HCA Florida Orange Park Specialists is seeking a Licensed Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations, ensuring compliant, efficient, and patient-centered care. The role directs staff, implements policies, and manages budgets while promoting high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has medical office supervisory experience, CPR certification, and an active Medical Assistant certification or an LPN/LVN license. This full-time day-shift position in Orange Park offers comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or a degree/diploma from an accredited school of practical or vocational nursing.
• Minimum two years of experience in a medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a medical office, acute care, or outpatient setting.
• CPR Certification required.
• Current and Active Medical Assistant certification (RMA/CCMA/CMA/NCMA/NRCMA) or active LPN/LVN license required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the clinic staff and its programs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
• Establish and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the clinical areas.
• Manage staff performance including supervising, coaching, and disciplinary action for front office and clinical staff.
• Monitor and control clinical expenditures to remain within budget.
• Assist in developing cost-effective policies for billing, insurance, and space planning.
