Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Driver to transport and deliver building materials to customers, distribution centers and job sites using a tractor-trailer. The role requires safe driving, efficient delivery, and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has a valid Class A CDL, a clean MVR, and at least two years of tractor-trailer flatbed experience, including winter driving. A DOT-compliant Medical Card and drug screen are required, along with the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Two years of tractor-trailer flatbed driving experience, including winter driving experience.
• Must have a valid Medical Card and pass DOT drug screen and DOT physical.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to safety and compliance with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver building materials to customers, distribution centers, and job sites using a tractor-trailer.
• Assist in unloading using equipment as needed and ensure proper placement and handling of materials.
• Maintain logs, fuel purchases, mileage records, and regulatory documentation.
• Adhere to Federal and State regulations and company policies for safe operation.
• Provide responsive customer service and accurate information on deliveries.
