The Hospitals of Providence - Trans Mountain Campus in El Paso, TX seeks an experienced RN Charge Nurse to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care on the unit. This full-time role oversees admissions, transfers and discharges and directs nursing staff according to patient acuity.

The RN will provide direct clinical care while supervising staff, coordinating care, and ensuring compliance with safety, infection control, and hospital policies under the CNO’s oversight to achieve

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 1 year of RN experience required.
• AHA BLS and ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges for smooth unit flow.
• Coordinate patient care and ensure quality, safe nursing practices.
