Qualifications

• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely prepare, administer, store, and document medications as ordered.
• Assist in developing procedures to prevent medication errors.
• Ensure written, signed, and dated orders prior to administration.
• Chart promptly and accurately.
• Perform CNA functions as directed by supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
