Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, administer, store, and document medications.
• Identify and help prevent medication errors; report any errors.
• Ensure orders are written, signed, and dated by attending physician.
• Chart promptly and accurately.
• Perform CNA functions as directed by supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Follow Life Care's policies and Code of Conduct.
