Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State approved CNA program.
• Current active license in the applicable state.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, administer, store, and document medications per orders.
• Identify and prevent medication errors and document findings.
• Document timely charting with signed orders from attending physician.
• Perform CNA tasks as directed by supervisor and support care team.
• Demonstrate patient-centered service with a positive attitude.
• Maintain patient safety, rights, and confidentiality.
