Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing Maryland team. You will assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities in a home-care setting, providing companionship and emotional support while maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• NEGATIVE TB test required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Accurately document services provided and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.
