Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team and provide compassionate care in clients’ homes across Georgia and beyond. Join a nationwide, independently owned agency that values your empathy, reliability, and commitment to life-affirming support.

As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will deliver non-medical assistance, personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep and reminders, while building trusting relationships with clients and families.

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
