Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Park City is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, in-home care on a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and evenings. You will play a key role in supporting clients in their own homes with dignity and respect.

As a Caregiver, you will assist with personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while building strong relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with certification.
• Experience delivering non-medical home care is preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with personal care as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families and caregivers.
• Be punctual and cover assigned shifts reliably.
