Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking a Packaging Associate to oversee the packaging of finished goods, logs, and inventory counts in a fast-paced cannabis production environment. You will follow SOPs, ensure cleanliness, and maintain accurate production records while supporting multiple departments.

The role requires punctuality, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to varying production needs. On-site work five days a week with safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Background check (Federal/State) mandatory.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follow SOPs and training materials.
• Maintain accurate logs and organized workspace.
• Label application and packaging of finished goods.
• Count units into case pack sizes.
• Assist in daily machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Meet daily production goals and communicate output.
• Collaborate with management and co-workers across departments.
